The best customer service I’ve had in years!!! They listened to my issue and tried to fix it while I was on the phone. When that didn’t work someone was at my home later that same afternoon. Thanks for helping us keep our older family member at home and happy

I was pleased with Colorado Stairlift from the first time I called them. The entire company was kind, willing to explain their stairlifts and listen to my desires and needs. They carefully, and quickly completed an installation. Very nice, friendly installer; attentive to Covid-19 protocol. I felt safe & comfortable. I use my stairlifts daily as I am now able to get onto the chair and enjoy my lower level. Would not be able to live in my house without my stairlift! Thanks all! Highly recommend Colorado Stairlift and getting a stairlift that makes one feel safer in their own home.

Great service. Called and they were out the next day to measure and just happened to have a stairlift in stock at a reasonable price and came out the following day to install it. My 92 year old mother in law doesn’t have to drag herself up the stairs anymore and she loves her new roller coaster ride because it’s just her speed.
